Good questions.
A few things to know before their first garden break.
Do I need to add the free one separately?
No. Select Buy 1, Get 1 Free for 2 enclosures or Buy 2, Get 2 Free for 4. The button adds your full selected quantity, and the automatic discount applies to each eligible pair.
Can I leave my cat outside alone?
No. The Lookout is for supervised use. Stay close, follow the supplied instructions and bring your cat inside if they seem uncomfortable.
How do I introduce my cat to it?
Start indoors in a familiar space. Let your cat investigate at their own pace, with the door open and you nearby. Keep early sessions short and never force them inside.
How do I check the fit?
Check the product dimensions before ordering. Your cat should have room to stand, turn and settle comfortably. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.
Is it a carrier or a permanent catio?
It is a mesh enclosure for supervised moments together. Do not use it as a travel carrier, carry your cat by the top loop or treat it as a permanent outdoor structure.
Where can I find delivery and returns information?
